I had this vision for Candace and Beau’s engagement session but it turned out so much more gorgeous than I imagined. Candace did such a great job planning their outfits for their session. We started with a chic art institute feel to a elegant garden park feel and it couldn’t have turned out any more stunning than it did.

We decided to start their engagement session at the Art Institute in Dayton, Ohio. With its stunning architecture, it provides the perfect backdrop for an elegant and timeless photo shoot. We started indoors near the Great Hall and Grand Staircase. Then we headed out to the balcony for some more photos. Paired with Beau’s black suit and Candace’s white dress made for such a classic, sophisticated engagement session.

Spring is the perfect time for an engagement session, with the flowers blooming and the air filled with a sense of fresh feel. We headed to a local park in Dayton, Ohio for our second location. Candace’s blue and white floral dress paired with the spring florals was the perfect combination. The sunshine decided to peak through for our session as well adding warmth to our session.
