CINCINNATI ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER

I enjoyed meeting up with Emily and Brad for their engagement session. I was so excited for their session because I knew it was going to be amazing. On what was probably one of the hottest weeks Ohio has had all summer, hitting over 90 degrees and it felt way hotter than that. These two were troopers because of the heat, but looking back at their photos, you would never be able to tell how hot it was this day.

We started their engagement photos in one of my new favorite spots for engagement photos in Cincinnati, the courthouse! The golden light posts and doorways outside of the building makes for a great background for photos.

Adam and Emily have been together for close to four years! They got engaged in April of this year by the river in Cincinnati, which was the perfect view for their intimate proposal.

To start their session, Emily wore a beautiful flowy black pleated dress with a haltered neckline paired with black heels. Adam wore black dress pants with a white button down paired with black dress shoes. They looked so good together and it complimented the Courthouse backdrop so well.

We headed over to our second location, Ault Park, where we discovered their was a festival of some sort. We didn’t let that stop us from finding the most perfect secluded area for photos though. They changed into a second outfit before finding a spot to do photos at. Emily wore a beautiful white mini dress with puff sleeves and a ruffled top. Adam changed into a white linen button down paired with tan pants.

We found a part of the park that didn’t have a ton of people around. It had the most beautiful white hydrangea bush off the side of the pathway. We strolled the sidewalks of the park, they nuzzled in together, and we popped a little champagne to celebrate their engagement!

These two truly are the sweetest and I’m so thankful I get to capture these memories for them. I am so excited to document their wedding day next year in Cincinnati, Ohio!
