There are very few locations in Cincinnati that carry as much beauty and character as the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge.
And when Kristin and Jared told me they wanted to incorporate it into their engagement session, I immediately said yes.

These two were completely at home on the bridge.
There is a confidence to the way Kristin and Jared interact together, an ease that comes from two people who are entirely certain about each other. They walked across the bridge, leaned against the railings, laughed into the wind, and gave me some of the most natural, genuine moments that I love.
Kristin and Jared came dressed in a way that felt so right for this session, and it made every single frame better for it. One thing I do to help prep my couples for their session is send them an engagement session guide that includes outfit tips, locations, and more to ensure they are comfortable for their session.
Kristin wore a soft blush satin midi skirt paired with a fitted white long-sleeve top and nude close-toed heeled sandals. The warmth of the blush against the powder blue steel of the bridge was just beautiful. Simple, feminine, and completely timeless.
Jared complemented her perfectly in a navy blue checked blazer, a light blue dress shirt, khaki trousers, and brown leather shoes. The navy pulled just enough color from the bridge without competing with it, and the overall look felt polished without being overdressed.
Together they struck exactly the right balance. Soft and classic while being warm and coordinated. The outfits simply worked, and they let the couple and the location both shine in every frame.
The Roebling Bridge
The light on the bridge in the late afternoon was dramatic and beautiful. The cables overhead. The Ohio River stretching wide in both directions. The city visible on one side, Covington on the other.
It is a backdrop that needs nothing added to it. It does all the work on its own.
