I spent the morning photographing this sweet family! The last time I saw them Lucy was in her momma’s tummy. This time Lucy is a little over a year old.

Katie was so kind to reschedule their session due to a family conflict. We rescheduled to Sunday morning. Little did I know she just got back from Spain the day before our session.

Katie found Dax and Lucy’s outfits on her trip to Spain and couldn’t pass them up. I am so glad because they were absolutely perfect for their session. Dax’s striped neutral shorts paired with a white button up that had a pocket. Lucy’s outfit was a floral dress that has yellow flowers and green leaves with the cutest bow that only lasted about half of the session.

Dax and Lucy were so much fun to get to photograph between driving some trucks, hiding snacks in his pocket, walking around exploring, Lucy’s sweet smile and more.

We had their session at a local park in Dayton, Ohio called Hills and Dales. It has a beautiful bridge area with lots of greenery surrounding it. I loved exploring the area and catching up with this family!
